CANCELLATION POLICY

Hi angels • A VALID card MUST be on file in order to book your appointments. ** Card transactions have a 3.5% service fee ** • Deposits must be collected at the time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. • ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE • ANY last minute no-shows or cancellations (24 hours within your appointment time) will be charged 100% of the service total and will not be allowed to rebook without taking care of that debt. • You have 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel (which will result with a 50% cancellation fee) and forfeit the deposit. • You have a 15 minute grace period before I cancel your appointment, please communicate with me if you are going to be late so we can make adjustments or reschedule.
